  • Foundations

    Every new CrossFitter begins in our Foundations course. It’s a unique 1-on-1 experience where you’ll learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements. In four 60-minute sessions, we’ll ease you into the intensity of traditional CrossFit workouts. By the end of the course, you’ll transition into a regular class where you’ll train alongside other members of our CrossFit community.

  • CrossFit Group Training

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get maximum results every time.

  • Oly Class

    Our Olympic Weightlifting class aims to improve classic Olympic lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competitions. It’s great for those looking to improve technique and strength or pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.

  • Competition Class

    Our competition program is geared towards those members who are looking to compete in the sport of CrossFit. This can be either the CrossFit Games or the various weekend competitions in our area. The key difference between this program and our group classes is that the competition programming is aimed towards those who are training for a competition versus using CrossFit as a fitness program. This distinction is key as the competition program includes an increased volume of training as well as movements, skills, and competition techniques. Some of these elements are not included in our group class programming as they are not essential if you’re not competing.

  • Yoga

    Yoga is a great complement to our CrossFit training because it helps increase strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance — all things you’ll need to get the most out of your workouts! Enjoy the mind-body connection that yoga brings so you can really tune into your fitness.
